1. The service
{BRAND} generates AI-created on-model photographs from garment images you upload. Outputs are synthetic images produced by artificial intelligence. The people shown in generated photos are not real and do not depict any real individual.
2. Your content and rights
- You must own the rights to every garment photo you upload, or have permission from the rights holder.
- You keep ownership of your uploaded photos. You receive full commercial usage rights to the generated images for your product listings and marketing.
- Generated results may include AI-styled complementary items (e.g. a blouse, trousers, or footwear) that are not part of your product. You are responsible for making clear to your buyers which item you are selling.
3. Acceptable use
You may not upload or generate:
- Photographs of identifiable real people without their written consent.
- Nudity or sexually explicit content of any kind.
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property (brand logos, licensed characters, designer prints you do not have rights to).
- Content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in India.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Credits
- Credits are consumed per generation as shown at the point of use.
- A generation that fails for technical reasons never consumes a credit — the credit is returned to your wallet automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5. Service quality
AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee any particular aesthetic result, and a successful generation that you dislike is not a technical failure. See the Refund Policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, {BRAND} is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of generated images.
