Credits
- Technical failure → automatic refund. If a generation fails for any technical reason, the credit is returned to your wallet automatically, immediately, without you needing to ask.
- Disliked results → no refund. A generation that completes successfully but doesn't match your taste consumes its credit. AI output varies; we recommend using your free credits to judge quality before purchasing.
Purchases
- Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used.
- If you were charged but credits were not added within 30 minutes, contact {SUPPORT_EMAIL} with your payment ID — we will add the credits or refund the payment in full.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to appear.
