What we collect
- Account details: name, email, password (stored hashed, never in plain text).
- Payment records: order and payment identifiers from our payment provider. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
- Uploaded garment photos and generated images.
- Basic technical data. Where IP addresses are logged for abuse prevention they are stored hashed or truncated.
How images are processed
Your uploaded photos are sent to third-party AI infrastructure (fal.ai / FASHN) to produce generated images. Those providers automatically delete their copies of inputs and outputs within approximately 72 hours. Your copies remain in your {BRAND} gallery under your control.
Retention
Generated images and uploads are retained for {RETENTION_DAYS} days by default, after which they are automatically deleted. You can delete any image, or your entire account, at any time.
Deletion on request
Deleting your account removes your personal data and all stored images. Payment records are retained only as required by law and tax rules.
What we never do
We never sell your data. Your uploads and generated catalogs are your business — they are private by default and are not used to train AI models by us.
